Xavier University of Louisiana Student Health Services complements the educational mission of the University by removing health-related barriers to learning and promoting optimal wellness. This enables the student to make informed decisions about health-related concerns, empowering students to be self-directed and well-informed consumers of health care services. We believe that for a campus community to be truly healthy, it must be guided by the values of multicultural inclusion, respect and equality. Thus, the mission of Student Health Services is to provide the most efficient and effective medical care on behalf of our students with the emphasis placed on mitigating illness.
