Step 1 Immunizations
Upload your required immunization records, and Consent Form (required for ages 17y/o or younger) to Med+Proctor https://www.medproctor.com/ by the July 1st deadline.
Students will not be able to register for classes or housing until all required immunization documentation is received and reviewed.
