Registrar's Office

The Office of the Registrar facilitates academic excellence and student success by providing important academic services for the Xavier community. This includes facilitating university catalogs, academic calendars, commencement ceremonies, degree audits and conferral, final exam schedules, class schedules, registration, transfer credit, transcript services, and housing information.

Privacy of Records

The Registrar's Office protects the privacy of your records following the Federal Family Educational Right to Privacy Act (FERPA).

Grades

All grades are reported to this office each semester and officially posted to your academic transcript. Once posted, the office makes grades available to all students through BANNER WEB.

Providing Transcripts

The Registrar's Office will provide a copy of your academic history (transcript) at your request.

Registering For Classes

This office provides students with a registration system that can be accessed through Banner Web. Information on how to register is provided before registration each semester.

Access to Previous University Catalogs

The University website has online versions of the University Catalog from 2008 until the present. Requests for information about Catalogs previous to this date should be sent to the Registrar's Office.
