City of New Orleans Honors Dr. Norman C. Francis in Street Renaming
Today New Orleans & Xavier Officials came together for a tribute ribbon-cutting ceremony to honor educational giant, civil rights pioneer and President Emeritus Dr. Norman C. Francis for the renaming of Jefferson Davis Parkway to Norman C. Francis Parkway.
