Campus Card Office

Welcome

The X Card is the official Xavier University of Louisiana identification card for students, faculty, staff, and affiliates. It serves many important purposes on campus. The X Card functions as a meal card for dining services, a library card for checking out materials, an activities/events access card, and a debit card for on-campus purchases. X Cards remain active as long as a student remains enrolled at Xavier.

Campus Card Office

The Campus I.D. Department is responsible for issuing the official Xavier University of Louisiana campus I.D. card (XCard). Our customer-friendly staff is available to assist with XCard account matters, the purchase of meal plans, and deposits to your Rush Bucks account. You can access Rush Bucks.

Residential Meal Plan Options:

19 meal swipes and 50 Rush Bucks

15 Café Meal Swipes and 350 Flex Bucks

Commuter Meal Plan Options:

Plan A: 100 Cafe Meal Swipes + $300 Flex Bucks = $1160

Plan B: 130 Cafe Meal Swipes + $350 Flex Bucks = $1436

Plan C: 25 meal swipes = $210

LOST ITEMS

To ensure that lost items are returned to their rightful owners, we require photo identification and a detailed description of the item to claim merchandise. Lost items without identifying information will be stored for a maximum of 90 days. After 90 days, all unclaimed items without personal information will be donated or discarded. Items containing personal information will be destroyed.
