TO ALL FRESHMEN, ENGLISH MAJORS, MUSIC MAJORS, DECIDING/DECIDING NON-SCIENCE MAJORS:

YOU MUST OBTAIN YOUR ALTERNATE PIN# FROM YOUR ADVISOR PRIOR TO LOGGING INTO BANNER WEB TO REGISTER.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR ALL STUDENTS:

  1. ALL STUDENTS MUST see their academic advisors BEFORE registering for classes.  Students will be required to state that an advisor has approved all courses OR they will not be allowed to pre-register for classes.  Proper course selections are ultimately the responsibility of the student. (2020-2021 University Catalog)
  2. Students are eligible to register for the Spring 2020 and Summer 2020 semesters according to the following schedule:


Registration Schedule

Starting at 7:00 AMMonday, November 2nd      College of  Pharmacy, Graduate School and Seniors
Starting at 5:00 PMMonday, November 2nd     Juniors
Starting at 7:00AMTuesday, November 3rd   Sophomores
Starting at  7:00AMWednesday, November 4th    Freshman
Continued Registration until 4:00pmThursday, November 5th   -  Friday, November 13thAll classifications

Privacy of Records

The Registrar's Office protects the privacy of your records in accordance with the Federal Family Educational Right to Privacy Act (FERPA).

Grades

All grades are reported to this office each semester and officially posted to your academic transcript. Once posted, the office makes grades available to all students through the use of BANNER WEB.

Providing Transcripts

The Registrar's Office will provide a copy of your academic history (transcript) at your request.

Registering For Classes

This office provides students with a registration system that can be accessed through Banner Web. Information on how to register is provided prior to registration each semester.

Access to Previous University Catalogs

The University website has online versions of the University Catalog from 2008 until the present. Requests for information about Catalogs previous to this date should be sent to the Registrar's Office.
