Xavier University of Louisiana’s $25,000 Endowment from the National Association of University Women Will Fund Need-Based Scholarships

The National Association of University Women - New Orleans Branch (NAUW) chose Xavier University of Louisiana as a recipient of a $25,000 endowed fund in support of university scholarships. The NAUW – New Orleans Branch Endowed Scholarship Fund will provide financial assistance scholarships to female Xavierites. NAUW’s mission is to serve women, youth, and disadvantaged communities by addressing educational issues and partnering with allied organizations. It was formed to stimulate young women to attain professional excellence, exert influence for civic good, and promote a personal and intellectual fellowship amongst professional women. The endowed scholarship is an investment in Xavierites as they pursue their academic endeavors.
