"Jason is a well-respected athletic director in the GCAC and across the country," Dillard Athletics Director and GCAC Interim Commissioner Dr. Kiki Barnes said. "His election as president will solidify our leadership team. I am excited to work with him in this next chapter for the GCAC."

He is on the board of directors of the Minority Opportunities Athletic Association (MOAA) and the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation.
