Xavier Professor Featured on Local TV Show

Xavier music professor and widely acknowledged jazz expert Dr. Michael White was featured on WYES' 'Steppin Out' TV show hosted by Peggy Scott Laborde. As a professor of Spanish and African American Music at Xavier University in New Orleans, Dr. White also leads the The Original Liberty Jazz Band. This year the band will celebrate 25 years with an annual jazz worship concert.
