Dr. Reese is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy in 2018. Her post-graduate training includes a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at the University of Missouri Health Care and a fellowship in Academic Pharmacy from the University of Houston.
Dr. Reese is an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist at DePaul Community Health Center, which is a federally qualified health care center (FQHC). At this site, she works collaboratively with clinicians to manage chronic disease states like diabetes and hypertension. She serves as faculty preceptor for introductory and advanced pharmacy practice experiences (IPPE/APPE) student pharmacists and pharmacy residents. Dr. Reese’s clinical and research interests include improving health outcomes in underserved communities, chronic disease state management, women’s health and educational research.
