Ms. Julie Hagan completed her Bachlor of Science in Biology at Xavier University of Louisiana, Masters of Public Health from Tulane University in Maternal and Child Health. She has experience in program management, budget management, community engagement, policy development and grant writing. In her current role, Ms. Hagan supports the management of the departments' internship/practicum program, including coordinating and providing leadership to undergraduate and graduate student recruitment and sustaining relationships between partnering organizations and community stakeholders to connect Public Health students to opportunities.
