Dr. Jeff Benjamin brings years of experience in higher education leadership, student success, and curriculum development. His academic research focuses on retention and equity in higher education, particularly the experiences of African American males. Alongside his academic career, Dr. Benjamin is building a path in film production, currently working in various departments of major motion pictures to gain hands-on experience in storytelling and the collaborative process of filmmaking. Passionate about shaping cultural narratives, he seeks to merge his background in education with his creative work in film to tell stories that inspire, empower, and reframe the Black experience.
