Elizabeth Howard, Ph.D., MSPH, is a Senior Epidemiologist specializing in maternal and child health and health equity. She has extensive experience designing and implementing epidemiologic studies across maternal health, infectious disease, and population health, with a focus on improving clinical outcomes through data-driven health services research, program evaluation and implementation science. Her work includes digital health initiatives, data standardization and enhancing obstetric data collection systems to support research and care delivery.
