AKA Sorority Gifts $50,000 to Xavier as Part of HBCU Endowment Efforts

The funds are part of a four-year fundraising campaign led by AKA International President and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Glenda Glover to help secure fiscal sustainability and success across all HBCUs. At its recent virtual international convention this month, the AKA Educational Advancement Foundation presented the unrestricted endowment funds to Xavier and 34 additional HBCUs, totaling $1.6 million donated during this phase of their commitment.
