May

13 – Deadline to submit PEARL letters for Summer Session I and Summer Session III.  Pre-registered who do not submit PEARL letters for Summer Session I and Summer Session III will be de-registered.
19– Residence Halls open for occupancy at 9:00 a.m.
20 – Registration for first 5-week session (Summer Session I) – 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. in the University Center Ballroom
20– Students who are not fiscally cleared by 4:00 PM will be de-registered from all Summer Session I classes.
23 – Summer Session I classes begins; late registration - $100.00 additional Fee.
24 – Last day to add/change courses or to obtain 75% refund of tuition & fees for first 5-week session.
24 – Students who are not fiscally cleared by 4:00 PM will be de-registered from all Summer Session I classes.
27– Last day for 50% refund of tuition and fees for first five-week session (Summer Session I)

JUNE

2– Summer Session III Residence Hall Check-In
3 – Registration for 8-week session (Summer Session III) – 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. Contact the Registrar’s  Office at (504) 520-6790
6 – Summer Session III classes begin; late registration - $100.00 additional Fee.
7 – Last day to add/change courses or to obtain 75% refund of tuition & fees for 8-week session (Summer Session III).
7 – Students who are not fiscally cleared by 4:00 PM will be de-registered from all Summer Session III classes.
10 – Last day for 50% refund of tuition and fees for 8-week session (Summer Session IIII)

15 - Last day to withdraw from a course with "W" in the first 5-week session.
23 – Summer Session II Residence Halls check-in.
24-25 - Final examinations for first 5-week session (Summer Session I).  See schedule below.
24 – Registration for second 5-week session (Summer Session II) – 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. in the University Center Ballroom
24 – Students who are not fiscally cleared by 4:00 PM will be de-registered from all Summer Session II classes.
26 – Summer Session I Residence Hall check-out
27– Grades for Summer Session I due by Noon.
27 – Summer Session II classes begins; late registration - $100.00 additional Fee.
28 – Last day to add/change courses or to obtain 75% refund of tuition & fees for second 5-week session.
28 – Students who are not fiscally cleared by 4:00 PM will be de-registered from all Summer Session II classes.

JULY

1 – Last day for 50% refund of tuition and fees for second five-week session (Summer Session II)
4 – Holiday
20 – Last day to withdraw from a course with “W” in second 5-week session and the 8-week session (Summer Session II and Summer Session III)
29-30 – Final examination for second 5-week session (Summer Session II).  See schedule below.
31 – Summer Session II and III Residence Halls check-out.

AUGUST

1 – Grades for Summer Session II and Summer Session III due by 12:00 noon.
