All undergraduate students are required to carry an insurance which provides coverage for physicians and emergency rooms in the New Orleans area.
Student Health Insurance Waiver
If you have a primary family insurance that will cover you here in the New Orleans area and prefer to waive the student insurance, you must go to the Gallagherkoster.com website to complete the waiver form.
Waiver Period for Fall/Spring Semesters: Posted yearly on our website.
Spring Waiver Period December 05, 2011 – January 23, 2012 ~ No Exceptions
All undergraduate students are billed for the insurance prior to registration. You must waive in order to cancel the charge. The waiver form must be completed during the waiving period, once the site closes students will not be able to have the charges reversed.
Instructions for Waiving the student health Insurance
- Go to: www.gallagherkoster.com
- Choose College & University Students and Scholars on Left
- In the Drop Box (middle of page) scroll down to select Xavier University
- Select continue
- Select student waive/enroll forms on Left
- Complete the form for your status
