FastLane
How To Get Started in FastLane at Xavier
Xavier University is a participant in the National
Science Foundation's (NSF) FastLane program. FastLane is NSF's
gateway to electronic proposal submission. All proposals to NSF may be
submitted but many are required to be submitted electronically. By October
2000, ALL proposals to NSF will have to be submitted via FastLane.
In order to use FastLane, you must first be listed on
the NSF PI database and have a FastLane password. This can be achieved
by submitting the following list of information to Ann
Smith, Xavier's FastLane Administrator or Myla
Reese , Program Assistant in the Office of Sponsored Programs. Your information
can be submitted via the telephone (520-5440 or 520-5444), by fax (520-7901)
or by e-mail.

Fax Number
After this information is submitted to NSF, you will be assigned a Personal Identification
Number (PIN) that will allow you to enter FastLane. PINs are communicated by
e-mail only.
