Xavier University is in the process of applying for candidacy for a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology. Graduate programs in speech-language pathology must go through a rigorous approval process by the Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) to obtain candidacy status; therefore, the timeframe is uncertain. The proposed graduate program will not begin and students will not be enrolled until candidacy status has been granted by the CAA.
