Gerard K. Williams Jr., your 2012-2013 Vice-President, is a senior Chemistry major from SUNSET, La. Upon graduation from Xavier, he hopes to attend medical school and use his knowledge, training, and expertise to work as an Orthopaedic surgeon.

I, Taylor Martin, will be serving as your 2012-2013 SGA Treasurer. I am a senior Chemistry major from Queens, New York. Upon graduation from Xavier she plans pursue a career in public health.
Her Message to you: Some of my goals include addressing student and institutional concerns and encouraging communication among students, faculty and administration. I will also participate in creating beneficial student activities that will be educational and entertaining. Along with the other SGA members I will strive to make improvements in all areas of your experience at Xavier.

Alexis B. Ellis
Alexis B. Ellis is pleased to be your Student Government Association Secretary for the 2012-2013 school year. She is a senior Biology and Spanish double major from Washington DC. Upon graduation she plans on doing independent research in Spain before attending medical school.
Her message to you: I am so excited for this school year! I personally do not take for granted the opportunity to service the student body in this capacity. It is an honor to work and study among such brilliant minds and hope you are well pleased with the collective effort of the Student Body officers to advocate on your behalf to the Xavier administration. Lawrence J. Jackson
Lawrence J. Jackson, your 2012-2013 Chief of Staff, is a senior Psychology Pre-Med major from Dallas, Texas. Upon graduation from Xavier, he hopes to attend graduate school pursuing a PhD and a Master in counseling psychology to help families and marriages.
I am very thankful for this opportunity to make a major change in the Xavier Community. My plan is to leave Xavier better than it was when I first arrived. I will listen to all student concerns and fight for the change that we are all hoping to see. I am very grateful for this privilege and more than pleased to be that advocate for student concerns. I will continue to work hard behind the scenes to fight for the change that we are looking for as students.
