A $100.00 Late Fee applies for late registration.

ALL NEW FRESHMEN AND NEW TRANSFER STUDENTS MUST REGISTER WITH THEIR ADVISORS.

ALL RETURNING FRESHMEN, DECIDING/DECIDING NON SCIENCE MAJORS, ENGLISH MAJORS AND MUSIC MAJORS: 
YOU MUST OBTAIN YOUR ALTERNATE PIN # FROM YOUR ADVISOR PRIOR TO LOGGING INTO BANNER WEB.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR ALL STUDENTS:

  1. Thursday,  January 8th  (Starting at 8:00am)  – Monday,  January 12th   (Until 4:00pm) Staff from the Registrar’s Office, Fiscal Services and Financial Aid will be located in the University Center Ball Room.
  2. ALL STUDENTS MUST see their academic advisors BEFORE registering for classes. Students will be required to state that an advisor has approved all courses OR they will not be allowed to pre-register for classes.   Proper course selections are ultimately the responsibility of the student.   (2014-2016 University Catalog)
  3. Students are eligible to schedule classes or make changes via Banner Web for the Spring 2015 semester according to the following schedule:

Starting at 8:00am

Thursday, January 8th

New Freshmen , New Transfer Students, Pharmacy Students and Graduate Students

Starting at 10:00 am

Thursday, January 8th

Seniors

Starting at 12:00noon

Thursday, January 8th

Juniors and Sophomores

Starting at 2:00pm

All Classifications

  • Registration closes at 4:00 PM on Friday, January 9th. Those students who are not fiscally cleared at this time will be de-registered from (or taken out of) all their courses. If a student is not enrolled in a class, then he/she is not allowed to attend that class. De-registered students must see the Registrar’s Office Staff to be re-enrolled beginning Monday January 12, 2015 at 8:00am. All offices will still be located in the University Center Ballroom on Monday January 12th.  Beginning Tuesday January 13th ,  all staff from the Registrar’s Office, Student Accounts and Financial Aid will be located back in their offices.
  • Late Registration ends on Wednesday, January 14th at 4:00 PM. Final de-registration will take place at this time. Students who do not get fiscal clearance will be taken out of all their courses and cannot attend classes.
