ALL NEW FRESHMEN AND NEW TRANSFER STUDENTS MUST REGISTER WITH THEIR ADVISORS.

TO ALL CONTINUING FRESHMAN, ENGLISH MAJORS, MUSIC MAJORS AND,   DECIDING/DECIDING NON SCIENCE MAJORS:

YOU MUST OBTAIN AN ALTERNATE PIN#  FROM YOUR ADVISOR PRIOR TO LOGGING INTO BANNER WEB TO REGISTER.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR ALL STUDENTS:

  1. ALL STUDENTS MUST see their academic advisors BEFORE registering for classes. Students will be required to indicate that an advisor has approved all courses Students without advisor approved courses WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER.   Proper course selections are ultimately the responsibility of the student. (2014-2016  University Catalog)

According to the schedule below, students can register for classes online but, cannot make payments online.  Access to the “Online Payments” option via Banner Web will not be available during the registration period. If you have not returned your Early Registration Assessment Form letter, you are required to appear in person to complete the registration process. You must make your payments to the cashiers in the University Center Ballroom to avoid DEREGISTRATION on August 22nd  .

The University Center Ballroom will be open according to the schedule below:

Thursday August 21st                       8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday August 22nd                           8:00am – 4:00pm
Monday August 25th                         8:00am – 3:00pm

AFTER YOU HAVE SCHEDULED YOUR CLASSES, REPORT TO THE UNIVERSITY CENTER TO BE FISCALLY CLEARED  IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.

Late Registration will begin 8:00am Monday, August 25th through Wednesday    August 27th ending at 4:00pm.

The Registrar’s Office, Student Accounts, Financial Aid and, Health Services will be located in the in the University Center on Thursday and Friday, August 21-22, 2014 and also on Monday August 25, 2014. Beginning Tuesday August 26th   each area will return to their offices for the continued registration. 

Consortium Registration - any student approved to take courses through the Consortium Partnership with Tulane, Loyola, or Dillard must complete the Consortium Form. Please be sure to indicate the equivalent Xavier course on the form. If your department does not have any forms, please come to the Registrar's Office to pick them up. Students participating under this agreement must be enrolled in at least 9 credit hours at Xavier.  The students are required to register in person at the partner school and return the signed form along with a copy of their class schedule to the Registrar’s Office at Xavier. Ms. Rebecca Sanchez ext 5314, will be available to assist with this process.
