Participation Criteria |
| |
- Applicants must own a home in the city limits of New Orleans.
- Priority will be given to senior citizens and residents that show a financial need.
- Homeowners that have received funds from either the Road Home Program and/or flood/home owner's insurance are discouraged from applying.
- Houses are preferred to be gutted. Limited assistance will be available for house gutting; however, owners will be responsible for debris removal.
