Xavier Survey of Faculty and Staff Regarding Post-Katrina Morale and Quality of Life Issues.
The survey was conducted to gather information about the state of morale and quality of life issues among faculty and staff following the impact of Katrina on their personal lives and work environment.
The power point summary of the faculty-staff survey results has been prepared by Allen Gale in the Office of Planning and Institutional Research. The survey was conducted among the faculty attending the University Academic Assembly in December 2006 and at the Pharmacy faculty meeting in January 2007. The survey was conducted among staff at the staff institute in January 2007.
The survey was conducted by staff in the planning and institutional research office where the data were entered and summarized.
A faculty-staff committee is being organized to follow up on the survey results and to recommend action and priorities.
