Campus Parking Permits

Faculty, staff, and students wishing to park on any campus lot are required to have a current Campus Parking Permit for 2014-15. The cost is $50. Faculty and staff may begin purchasing permits Monday (Aug. 11), while student permits will be available beginning Aug. 18. Permits will be issued Monday–Friday ONLY from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Individuals using a credit card or X-card may purchase permits at the XULA Campus Police Office (corner of S. Carrollton and Drexel Drive). You will need to present a filled-out faculty/staff or student Parking Registration Form (download or pick up XUPD), as well as a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration. Individuals wishing to pay in cash or by check will first need to pre-pay at the Cashier's office (3rd floor, Xavier South) to obtain a receipt which you will also need to present at the Campus Police Office.

Please note that all vehicles parked on campus lots must have a current decal and must be parked in the proper area designated by that decal. Improperly parked vehicles – whether in a lot or on the street – are subject to parking enforcement action and fines, which may include towing.
Parking regulations go into effect Sept. 2.
