University and Media Relations (UMR) is a division of the Office of Institutional Advancement, and serves as the point of contact for information about Xavier University of Louisiana and its programs.

The University and Media Relations office has primary responsibility for communicating the University’s mission, culture and objectives to its various constituencies – including the campus community, alumni, donors, mass media, etc – for the purpose of achieving institutional advancement goals in the areas of student recruitment, institutional fund raising, alumni relations and community relations.
