            Accessing resources from off-campus

                When clicking on a database for the first time in a session, you will be directed to the proxy server. Login with email user name (without @xula.edu)
                and email password. If you are having trouble logging into the proxy server, please contact the Reference Desk at 504-520-7305.

            Where can I Print and Copy?

                Printing is available in the 3M Computer lab housed on the 1st floor of the Library Resource Center.

                Three black and white copiers are located on the first floor of the Library Resource Center directly behind the stairs in the Copy Center.
                An additional copier is located outside the elevator on the fourth floor.

                Each machine accepts coins or XCard as payment. Black and white copies are $.05 cents per page with the XCard and $.10 per page with cash.

            Using the Scanner

                A flatbed scanner is available for public use and is located in the copy center directly behind the stairs on the first floor of the library resource center.
                Please make note that this scanning workstation is NOT connected to the network, so all files will need to be saved to an external device.

            XULA helpdesk

                The XULA ITC online help desk is located at http://www.xula.edu/itc/helpdesk.php. Requests for Mail and Banner passwords should be
                sent to helpdesk@xula.edu. If you are experiencing problems, call the ITC Help Desk.
