Why I decided to be part of Peer Dean Association: I decided to become a part of Peer Dean Association because of the Peer Deans I had during my freshman year. I was totally unaware of everything I needed to do throughout Orientation and the academic year and they helped me transition myself into the college atmosphere and guided me along my freshman year. I wanted to give back what they gave to me to every freshman class that came in while I was still attending Xavier University.
