Welcome!  The Center for Student Leadership and Service (CSLS) is here for all Xavier University students.  From Community Service, to Orientation and First Year Experience2, to Leadership and Service-learning, our staff will help to link student interests with opportunities to gain valuable learning experiences and have a great time in the process. 

Mission:

To facilitate student integration into the intellectual, social and cultural climate of the university and to promote student learning through leadership and civic engagement involvement such that students will be prepared to assume leadership roles on campus, in the community and in the future.

CSLS will help students learn about themselves and gain a greater understanding of others as they become actively engaged within the campus and local community.
