1. To request a live video taping session a Media Request Form must be submitted. The Media Request Form is found here.
2. Requests for a video session during the regular weekday schedule -- Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. -- should be made at least 3 days in advance. In the event that our videographer is not available because of prior commitment the Media Center has loaner video equipment available for your use. Our experienced staff can help you choose the appropriate equipment from our collection to suit your project needs.
3. Assuming there is no conflict; the Media Center’s videographer will record the event and deliver un-edited video programming in VHS or DVD format. The IMC will file and catalog the original video material for archival purposes. There is no charge for our services, however, depending on the scope of the project the IMS may request reimbursement for materials used in production.
