The CMHDRE is supported through funding from the National Institutes of Health. The CMHDRE is charged with: conducting research; providing basic, clinical, and behavioral experiential training; and conducting community outreach education aimed at eliminating Health disparities.

Daughters of Charity Services of New Orleans
For more than 175 years, the Daughters of Charity have provided access to high-quality, compassionate health care for the greater New Orleans community, including the insured and uninsured. Patients can receive care for chronic illnesses such as asthma, cardiovascular disease and diabetes at three state-of-the-art health centers.
