The Division consists of the departments of Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics and the Dual Degree Engineering Program. MAPS is the largest division on campus. The division offers many programs of study, research opportunities, professional training and service-learning activities, and "MAPS" the way for the students towards successful scientific and health-profession careers (in medicine, pharmacy, mathematics, computer science, physics, biochemistry, and chemistry). With over 50 faculty members and 700 students, the MAPS students can always count on faculty and peer mentoring and support. All departments in the Division are located in close proximity in the Norman C.
