Employee Health and Fitness Day

Employee Health and Fitness Day encourages staff and faculty to develop a wellness lifestyle. A 2 hour lunch break provides time for health screenings, fitness activities, workshops and a healthy lunch. The overall goal is to encourage behavior changes that include eating a healthy diet, and participating in activities that will promote physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and economical wellness.
