The XU Biggest Loser contest is a wellness program for students, staff and faculty. The contest requires participants to form teams of 3 members for the purpose of joining together to motivate, encourage and support each other to lose weight. The main goals are to lose weight, learn to eat healthier, exercise more and develop heart-healthy lifestyles.

The Counseling Center assist with weekly weigh-ins, provide various information on healthy food preparations, dieting do’s and don’ts, healthy snacks and exercise programs.
