Dr. Shandrika Williams is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Clinical & Administrative Sciences at Xavier University of Louisiana, College of Pharmacy. Dr. Williams currently serves as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist at Tulane Community Health Center of New Orleans East. At this site, Dr. Williams provides disease management services in the areas of diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and asthma and serves as a preceptor to fourth year pharmacy students.
Dr. Williams obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Xavier University of Louisiana, College of Pharmacy in 2008. After obtaining her degree, Dr. Williams completed a Pharmacy Practice residency at Xavier University of Louisiana.
Dr. Williams currently teaches stroke and thromboembolic disorders in the Disease State Managememen I and II courses. She also serves as the case studies co-coordinator for the Disease State Management III course. |
