Dr. David J. Mihm holds the rank of Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Administration in the Division of Clinical and Administrative Sciences at Xavier. Dr. Mihm earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, a Master of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, specializing in Pharmacy Administration, from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City and the Doctor of Philosophy degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, specializing in Pharmacy Administration, also from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. He maintains licensure as a registered pharmacist in Oklahoma.
Dr. Mihm has been a member of the College of Pharmacy faculty at Xavier since 2005. His teaching responsibilities have centered on pharmacy management, pharmaceutical marketing, and pharmacy practice laboratory .His interests include medication error reduction and prevention, medication compliance in diabetic patients and direct-to-consumer pharmaceutical marketing.
