Dr. Ariane Conrad is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Clinical and Administrative Sciences (DCAS) at Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy. Dr. Conrad earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Xavier University of Louisiana. After graduating, she completed an American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited residency in Pharmacy Practice at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Dr. Conrad teaches in the Introduction to Pharmacy course and she serves as case coordinator for the Disease State Management III course. She also serves as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist at the Stroke and Heart Attack Prevention (SHAP) clinic at the Medical Center of Louisiana at New Orleans. She provides patient centered care in the areas of diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia while also serving as a preceptor to pharmacy clerkship students. |
