ENTERING FRESHMEN IN COMMUNICATIONS SCHOLARSHIP

$1,000 awarded to two (2) entering freshman majoring in Mass Communication. Minimum criteria: 2.8 GPA, ACT (composite Math & English) score of 20 and/or SAT (combined Math & Critical Reading) score of 900 or more. Selected by the Department of Communications scholarship committee. The scholarship is not automatically renewable and students must apply each year for departmental aid.

CONTINUING STUDENT IN COMMUNICATIONS SCHOLARSHIP

Two (2) $1,250 scholarships are awarded to a continuing freshman, sophomore, or junior majoring in Mass Communication.

Minimum criteria: 3.0 GPA, evidence of financial need, and documentation of demonstrated good citizenship. Application information available in the Department of Communications office. Selected by the Department of Communications scholarship committee. The scholarship is not automatically renewable and students must apply each year for departmental aid.

PROMISE OF EXCELLENCE IN COMMUNICATIONS AWARD

Two (2) $250 scholarships are awarded to a continuing freshman, sophomore, or junior majoring in Mass Communication.

Minimum criteria: 2.5 GPA, evidence of financial need, and documentation of demonstrated good citizenship. Application information available in the Department of Communications office. Selected by the Department of Communications scholarship committee. The scholarship is not automatically renewable and students must apply each year for departmental aid.
