Dr. Guangdi Wang’s current research focuses on the design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs), selective estrogen receptor downregulators (SERDs), HDAC inhibitors, and anti-metastasis and vascular disrupting agents for treatment of cancer.
