Information for Students: Office of the Dean

The College of Arts and Sciences Office is usually open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Only academic matters concerning the college are addressed in this office.

If there is an urgent need, one of the Deans is usually available. If none of the Deans are available, please leave a note with the Executive Assistant in the office or a voice-mail message at 520-7652. 

If you are a student and you need to see one of the Deans but the matter is not urgent, please come during office hours which are posted each week near the office door. We try to adhere to what we have listed, but sometimes there is a need to be away from the office unexpectedly. Please come toward the beginning of the hour.
