Career Related Workshops
The Office of Career Services conducts various workshops to prepare students for the job search process. These include Resume Writing, Interview Preparation, Dining Etiquette, LinkedIn, Networking, Professionalism, and How to Work a Job Fair. We will gladly conduct any of these sessions for your organization!
Youth Motivation Task Force (YMTF)
Each year the Office of Career Services sponsors the YMTF Program, which brings a team of successful African American professionals from various walks of life to visit the campus. For two and a half days YMTF team members go into the classroom to discuss with students the realities of the workplace and how students should prepare for their careers. This popular program has been in existence at HBCU campuses for more than 45 years.
