Robert Blake, Ph.D. is a professor in the Deparment of Basic Pharmaceutical Sciences. His current research focus is “Allosteric Binding in Antibodies and Protein Antigens”. The goal of these studies is to conduct detailed binding studies on (i) monoclonal antibodies that exhibit synergistic binding behavior with their respective antigens and (ii) protein antigens that bind monoclonal antibodies to separate epitopes in a synergistic manner.
