Welcome to the Division of Business at Xavier University of Louisiana. The business program offers a number of dynamic and exciting programs for undergraduate students and prepares them well to take leadership roles in Corporate America. All academic programs offered by the Business Division are professionally accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP, www.acbsp.org); ACBSP accreditation is based on a continuous improvement model. The Business Division offers programs in Accounting, Finance, Management, and Sales and Marketing. In addition, the division houses the Entrepreneurship Institute, a resource for all students who want to start their own business and we have a strong Business Advisory Council (BAC). Our BAC consists of corporate executives from companies, such as, Procter & Gamble, 3M, and Entergy, while others are entrepreneurs and have their own businesses. Many of our students receive internships and permanent job placement offers through networking with BAC members. more
