The purpose of Best Practices in Sales (BPS) database surveys are to rigorously examine data across industries regarding sales management, sales processes and sales force automation technology use in order to provide information to help sales leaders make strategic decisions and provide scholars data as well as a bank of issues needing theoretical research.

The 2008 BPS survey will examine sales force training and development.  The survey is designed to examine the effectiveness of various training methods and types.  We look forward to sharing the results later this year.
