LONIQUE MOORE 5-2 • 114 Junior • 1 Letter Washington, D.C. • Elizabeth Seton High School (Bladensburg, Md.) BRIEFLY: Returning all-conference runner. 2005: Xavier did not compete in athletics because of the effects of Hurricane Katrina. 2004: Earned all-Gulf Coast Athletic Conference honors after running 5,000 meters in 21:30 and finishing eighth in the league meet . . . Led Gold Rush to a second-place team finish . . . Was Xavier's second-fastest finisher in three of six meets, including the season-ending NAIA Region XIII Championships. HIGH SCHOOL: All-conference and first-team all-county in cross country as a senior (2003), second team all-county as a sophomore and junior and second-team all-conference as a sophomore . . . Had a pair of top-five finishes as a senior, including fifth in the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference championships . . . In outdoor track she was the WCAC 3,200-meter run runner-up her senior year (12:42.49) and helped the Roadrunners finish second in the team standings . . . Second-team all-county in track as a junior and ran third in the 1,600 at the WCAC meet . . . Finished fourth in the WCAC 1,600 as a sophomore . . . Member of 4 x 800 relay squad which placed second in confernce her freshman year . . . Helped team win conference championship her freshman and sophomore seasons . . .
