Twitter, the free social networking and micro-blogging service.
Sign up for a free account at

then find the Xavier athletics page: Twitter.com/xulagold.
After you get there, click the button in the upper left-hand corner of the page that says "Follow."
This will allow you to receive updates from Xavier athletics.
