XU's Abbas reaches men's B-flight singles final

ATLANTA — Xavier University of Louisiana's Hassan
Abbas defeated two Bethune-Cookman players Friday — Kip Jackson 6-0, 6-1
and Christian Cruz 6-3, 6-2 — to reach the men's B-flight singles final of the
HBCU National Tennis Championships.
XU's Anastesia Opata and Colleen McArthur lost in women's
singles semifinals.
