ALMA MATER
In the Mississippi Valley,
In the Crescent Bend
Stands our loved and noble Xavier,
Far her praises send.
Refrain:
Wave her colors bear them onward
Gold and white so true
Hail to thee, all hail, dear Xavier
Hail, all hail, X.U.!
Xavier, ever be our guide
And lead us on the way,
Through life's journey, onward, upward
To the eternal day. (Refrain)

McKinnon scored seven points in the final 4½ minutes,
including 4-of-4 free throws in the final two minutes.
Xavier outshot Lee 45 to 39 percent from the floor, but
the Lady Flames outscored the Nuggets 27-10 in free throws.
Both Xavier and Lee were 1-1 in this four-team event.
