Xavier wins both team titles at Mobile Rampage

Women
MOBILE, Ala. — Xavier University of Louisiana won
the men's and women's team championships Saturday at the Mobile Rampage cross country meet.
It was the second victory in three meets for the Gold Rush and Gold Nuggets.
Xavier's Ebony Harding finished third in the women's race,
and teammates Ashley Taylor, Anna D'Souza and Stacey Windon placed 6-7-9.
In the men's race Xavier's Ray Walston was third — his
fourth top-10 finish of the year and third in a row — and Darren Wallace and
Bryan Khan were sixth and eighth, respectively.
Both races covered 5,000 meters.
All the schools entered were from the Gulf Coast
Athletic Conference. The GCAC Championship will be Nov. 8 at Clinton, Miss.
