Think Pink to support breast cancer awareness

More on "Think Pink" from the WBCA
Saturday the Xavier Gold Nuggets joined the national effort to increase breast cancer awareness — the "Think Pink" initiative — when they played Tougaloo at The Barn. Fans were encouraged to wear pink to the game, and some did. At halftime a breast cancer survivor, XU employee Eloise Doxie Dixon, addressed the crowd, and there was a raffle for two tickets to the March 1 Crosstown Classic. Xavier donated raffle proceeds and other contributions to benefit breast cancer research.
