Choctaw Trails Location:
McRaven Road — approximately 190 miles from New Orleans.
Directions from New Orleans to Choctaw Trails:
• I-10 West to I-55 North to I-20 West in Jackson, Miss.
• Take exit #36 of I-20 (Spring Ridge Road). Turn left at the exit.
• Drive south on Spring Ridge Road approximately 1.5 miles to McRaven Road. There will be a traffic light there.
• Turn left on McRaven Road and drive approximately 1.5 miles to the entrance of Choctaw Trails, which will be on the left.
Meet Information:
The top men's team and top
women's team will
qualify for the NAIA National Championships on Nov. 17
at Vancouver, Wash., and the top five male finishers and top five female
finishers not on the winning teams also will qualify for nationals.
Competing schools (6, each with men's and women's teams): Dillard,
Edward Waters, Fisk, SUNO, Tougaloo and Xavier.
