Office of Environmental Education The Office of Environmental Education is an academic division
that offers curricula in Environmental Studies and Environmental Science.
Its mission is to offer an environmental minors program that will prepare
and enable Xavier University students to pursue environmental careers. The
Office of Environmental Education is dedicated to furthering an awareness
and knowledge of environmental issues, as well as increasing the number of
underrepresented African American and minority students who pursue environmental
careers. Its goals support Xavier University’s mission statement “to promote
a more just and humane society.” Environmental
